With over 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales, Ryan has led service teams across multi-franchise car dealerships and held the role of National Fleet and Asset Manager at one of Australia’s largest roadworks and labour hire companies. Heading up Customer Experience at CellAED®, Ryan brings a strong track record of leadership, systems thinking, and customer-first service, and a personal mission to make AEDs more accessible, wherever they’re needed most.
